| "Finishing" School is a challenging game, the purpose of which is to gain an education in the fundamental aspects of how to present oneself in the company of others.
"Finishing" School is intended to be a great tool to not only teach and reinforce good manners and etiquette: for men, women and children of all ages, but to also give players confidence when confronted with challenging social situations. From the time a child is able to understand and demonstrate appropriate behaviour as a member of society, progressing to the age when one is taking on the responsibility of demonstrating appropriate behaviour when confronted with an unfamiliar social situation, this tool will put the knowledge in your hands. |
| The questions are intended to engage the player to not only answer the question, but to also think about how, or why, one should react when confronted with a particular circumstance which requires deft handling in order that no one should take offence. This further thought process allows the player to retain this knowledge in memory should its application be appropriate in society at some time in the future.
The goal is to gain enough "marks" to "graduate" to the next level. A notepad is included to chart your progress to graduation following any number of sessions of play.
Game includes separate levels of play for primary (ages 5 and older), intermediate (teen) and adult.
(80 cards for each level of play; 240 cards in total). In addition to the game cards, also included are
the game board, 6 tokens, a note pad and instructions. |
